We invite you to experience the cosy atmosphere of our small, family-run Bed and Breakfast, with its comfortable rooms overlooking our working farm.

Whilst situated in a rural location, we are fortunate to enjoy excellent transport connections for Middleton, Rochdale, Oldham and a rather well-known nearby city called Manchester!
